Bio: Dr. Michael L. Oshinsky is the Program Director of Pain and Migraine research at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). Dr. Oshinsky was awarded the Harold G. Wolff Lecture Award in 2011, granted annually by the American Headache Society for the best paper on headache, head or face pain. As a Program Director at NINDS, Dr. Oshinsky is responsible for research and administrative issues related to migraine, other headache disorders, central processing of pain perception, disease-related pain disorders, and pain management.
